After on week cycling, here are the water parameters:

• PH - 7,6
• NO2 - 0,05
• NO3 - 1
• KH - 5
• GH - 10
• PO4 - 0

The first approach to the hardscape is done. 19 kg of Portuguese regional rocks (calcareous rock), 25 lt of sand (from Guincho – Lisboa) and lots of water. I intend to have some Valisnerias in the future.

Here is the final aspect:

First I put the aquarium on the floor over the termopad (with some newspapers to help finding any water)

Then I put 80lt inside it

After that I inserted and turned on one heater and the circulation pump to verify if the top is well isolated.

The aquarium set was bought here in Portugal. The filter, filter media and heatings were bought at www.aquaristic.net
